Who are The Laughter Factory?

The Laughter Factory is an international stand up comedy club bringing monthly shows starring some of the world’s leading comics.

The Brief

The Laughter Factory was lacking direction with their online sales strategy. In Dubai’s saturated events market the Laughter Factory were getting swamped by other events with larger budgets.

Their goal was simple; to increase traffic to their website and convert that traffic into sales.

The Approach

Following The Laughter Factories initial enquiry, we undertook an in depth analysis of their digital strategy. We identified the main areas where they were struggling and put a road map in place on how to change.

Here’s how we did it:

Created a brand uniformity across all platforms

Implemented a digital marketing strategy focused around paid campaigns on Facebook

Implemented a retargeting campaign using Facebook Pixel

Created branded videos and animated GIF’s to capture the attention

Redesigned the event artwork to be on-brand

Email campaigns targeted at previous customers

Monthly competitions to boost engagement and followers
